Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2069 (A-1 to RS-3), which contains 37.87 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on November 03, 2020. The City Council approved BAZ-2069 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Creekside Villas at Forest Ridge in Wagoner County on March 1, 2023. The property is generally located one-eighth mile north of Kenosha Street (71st Street), one-quarter mile east of 65th Street (241st E. Avenue/Oneta Road).
Staff recommends that the Council approve Ordinance No. 3830 and approve the emergency clause.
