                     Final acceptance of the public improvements for Walmart Neighborhood Market #4655, located at 1300 East Albany

Background:

Crossland Construction has completed the construction of the Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 1300 East Albany.  The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.

 

Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water, (2) Storm, (3) Paving.

 

The owner intends to dedicate the identified public improvements to the City in accordance with the Plat of Record.  These improvements have an approximate value of $109,922.50.
