Background:
On June 6, 2016, the City Council awarded the lowest responsible bid to Ellsworth Construction, LLC, for the Aspen/Kenosha Street Improvements. However, at that meeting, the construction contract was not approved. This item provides for the Council’s approval of and authorization to execute the contract with Ellsworth. The contractor has already signed the contracts and provided the bonds required by State Statute and applicable City Codes.
Cost: $1,598,280.20
