Background:
The owner of the property, The Pines at the Preserve, LLC by Glen Shaw is requesting approval of a Public Parking Encroachment License Agreement. The license agreement allows the public parking to extend into the right-of-way. The plat for Reserve at Pines III was recorded in Wagoner County on February 11, 2025. This parking is in association with a neighborhood swimming pool.
 
Staff has reviewed all documents and attachments pertaining to this request and recommend the approval of and execution of the Public Parking Encroachment License Agreement.
