Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1890 (AR-1 to RS-1) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 2, 2013. Platting was waived provided the street right-of-way was dedicated in accordance with Subdivision Regulations along 114th Street (required five additional feet of right-of-way). Right-of-way was dedicated in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations and recorded in Tulsa County on November 6, 2013 (Doc # 2013090490). The property is located one-eighth mile south of Florence Street (111th Street), west of County Line Road (23rd Street/193rd East Avenue).

Zoning Change: AR-1 (Agriculture) to RS-1 (Single-Family Residential-1)
