Background:

The attached corrective Utility Easement is needed to correct and replace the legal description shown in Document No. 2026-461, recorded January 12, 2026, in the Tulsa County Clerk’s Office.  It is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Purple Tracts, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.74 acres of permanent utility easement for the Park Lane Lift Station Improvements & Cambridge Estates Relief Line, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

A copy of the Utility Easement is attached.
