The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation. The parcel consists of 0.2 acres generally located east of Lakes at Indian Springs III subdivision in the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Lynn Lane Trunk Sewer Phase II Rehab, Parcel 9A (Project No. S.25050)
