Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Charlotte Phebe Snyder, the owner. Parcel 2.1 consists of 0.94 acres, Parcel 2.A is 0.61 acres, Parcel 2.B is 0.07 acres, Parcel 2.C is 0.07 acres for the South Park South Lift Station Conversion to Gravity, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Charlotte Phebe Snyder has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Utility Easement: 40,924.75 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.45 SF x 50% = $9,208.00
Temporary Construction Easement 2.A and 2.C: 29,397 SF @ $0.45 SF x 08% = $1,058.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $10,266.00
