Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1734 (R-1 to RD & CH) and PUD-172, which contains 2.76 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 18, 2006. The City Council approved BAZ-1734 & PUD-172 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Freedom Wash in Tulsa County on September 12, 2019. The property is generally located north of Kenosha Street (71st Street), one-quarter mile west of 9th Street (Lynn Lane).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3817 and approve the Emergency Clause.
