Background:
The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of a waterline easement on property north of West Florence Street (111th Street), east of South Azalea Avenue (Mingo Road). The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.
Staff have reviewed the request and recommend acceptance of the easement closure.
