The attached Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Rodney A. Copelin and Lisa D. Copelin, the owners. Parcel 1.1 consists of 0.08 Acres of Utility Easement, Parcel 2.1 consists of 0.11 Acres of Utility Easement, Parcel 1.A consists of 0.06 Acres of Temporary Construction Easement, and Parcel 2.A consists of 0.07 Acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the Willow Springs Lift Station Replacement on tracts of land that are located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Rodney A. Copelin and Lisa D. Copelin have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Temporary Construction Easement Parcel 1.A: 0.06 Acers @ $85,000 PER ACRE x 10% = $425.00
Permanent Utility Easement Parcel 1.1: 0.08 Acres @ $85,000 PER ACRE x 75% = $5,100.00
Temporary Construction Easement Parcel 2.A: 0.07 Acres @ $85,000 PER ACRE x 10% = $595.00
Permanent Utility Easement Parcel 2.1: 0.11 Acres @ $85,000 PER ACRE x 75% = $7,013.00
