Background:
The Engineering and Construction Division has solicited bids for the Highland Park Rugby Field (Project 196024) as part of the first phase for the master plan of the Park. The park improvements were part of the 2014 GO Bond package that the citizens of Broken Arrow voted in favor for. This project includes regrading, sodding, and adding paved parking spaces for a Rugby field and practice soccer fields.
The project was advertised on October 8 and October 15, 2024. A Pre-Bid meeting was held on October 15, 2024. Six bids were received and opened on October 29, 2024. This bid includes the base bid and two alternatives. The lowest responsible bid was from Ira M. Green Construction with a total bid of $705,770.00. The Engineer’s Estimate was $779,221.92.
