Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1685 (A-1 to R-3S) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 3, 2005, subject to the property being platted. The property is east of Olive Avenue, one-quarter mile north of Jasper Street. The plat for Stone Horse of Broken Arrow, which contains 33.88 acres, was recorded in Tulsa County on October 7, 2015. On February 1, 2008, the R-3S district was changed to RS-3.

All of Stone Horse of Broken Arrow, part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N/2 SW/4) of Section Four (4), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Indian Meridian, an addition in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, Document No. 6636.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3386 and approve the Emergency Clause.
