Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1920 (A-1 to RM) and PUD 229 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 7, 2014, subject to the property being platted.  The property is located on the southeast corner of Elm Place and Florence Street.  The plat, The Icon at Broken Arrow, was recorded in Tulsa County on April 15, 2015. 

 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agriculture) to RM (Residential Multifamily) and PUD 229

 

Acreage: 11.31 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1920 and PUD 229:

All of The Icon at Broken Arrow, part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2 NW/4) of Section Thirty-Five (35), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, an addition in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, document no. 6598.

 

Staff recommends that the Council Adopt Ordinance No. 3392 and approve the Emergency Clause.
