Background:

Eagle 1 Investments, LLC is dedicating an offsite fifteen-foot general utility easement for water, sanitary sewer, and other utilities, as shown in Exhibit A. The conditional final plat for PR-000895-2025|PT-002230-2025, Brook Chase Phase IV, was approved by the Broken Arrow Planning Commission on June 26, 2025.

 

City Staff has reviewed the easement and recommends its formal acceptance.
