Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow from Blue Bell Creameries, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, the owner. Parcel 5.A consists of 0.24 acres of temporary construction easement, for the Highway 51 North Sewer Extension from Blue Bell Creameries to East Washington Street, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Donation Certificate and Temporary Construction Easement are attached.
