Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1878 (A-1 to RM) and PUD 217 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 17, 2012, subject to the property being platted.  The property is located east of 23rd Street, one-quarter mile north of Albany Street.  On December 13, 2013, the plat “The Park at Albany” was recorded in Wagoner County. 

 

Zoning Change:  A-1 (Agricultural) to RM (Residential Multi-Family) and PUD 217

 

Acreage: 15.36 acres
