Background:
Rosewood Village Development Company, LLC is re-dedicating a detention easement for the proposed development of the Rosewood Village residential subdivision. This detention easement is required prior to approval of the Final Plat for the development. The applicant is currently in the Conditional Final Plat stage of the development. The preliminary plat for PR-000101-2022|PT-001597-2024 was approved by the Broken Arrow Planning Commission on July 25, 2024.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement dedication.
