Background:
The attached Drainage Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Mona F. Johnson, Trustee of the Mona F. Johnson Trust, dated December 8, 2021, the owner. Parcel 2.A consists of 1,523.67 square feet of drainage easement located at 1564 East College Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mona F. Johnson, Trustee of the Mona F. Johnson Trust, dated December 8, 2021, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Perpetual Drainage Easement: 1,523.67 Square Feet (SF) @ $2.00/SF x 75% = $2,286
Total Just Compensation Amount = $2,290
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Drainage Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 7, 2026 City Council Claims List
Cost: $2,290.00
