Background:

As part of the 2026 General Obligation Bond, planning and preparation is already underway with initial project requests list over 330. As City Council and City Staff work on the finalized package, Jacobs will be updating the initial draft reports of the project requests. These updates may include but not limited to defining project scope, concept designs, project diagrams, renderings, and updating cost estimates for assigned values.

 

City staff negotiated an amendment with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. to continue 2026 General Obligation Bond package services until the vote in April 2026 for an additional $50,000.
