Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Garden Farms, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 2.0 consists of 1,083.35 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way in the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. These donations are for the Houston Street Improvements from 9th Street to Old Hwy 51, Parcel 2.0 (Project No. ST1926).

A copy of the signed Donation Certificate is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed.
