Background:
On August 4, 2015, the City Council approved the purchase of equipment for a new audio and video system for the Council Chambers. This purchase was made from the State Contract and was necessary due to failures in the existing system. This evening, Mr. Dan Berg of Ford Audio, will present an overview of the upcoming audio and video project. Installation of the equipment and operation of the system will update and improve the audio/video performance in the City Council Chambers.
