Background:
The Grain Silo Improvements project will repaint the outside of the grain silo.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Remove and demo gates, exterior ladder, and landing on Silo; Paint newly installed conduit same color as body of silo; Paint garage doors same color as body; Railroad Safety Training for Scissortail and subs; Replace walk door and add security locks; and add a stencil for additional logo
- There is a 5-day change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $21,108.20
