Background:
The Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce recently lead a Best Practices trip to a peer community. The goal is to take a team comprised of local business and civic leaders to a community identified as a successful leader in workforce, innovation, education and quality of place, for the purpose of learning best practices and developing new ideas that could be applied to Broken Arrow. This year Franklin and Murfreesboro TN were selected due to their similarities in size and characteristics to Broken Arrow. Broken Arrow Chamber President James Bell will provide the Authority with an overview of the trip.
