Background:
The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 555 LF of 12" PVC Waterline as well as approximately 345 LF of 8" SDR 26 Sewer line. This includes two (2) underground waterline creek crossings as well as one (1) sewer aerial creek crossing. Project also includes manhole construction, pipe fitting, erosion control and other utility construction activities. This Project is located on W. New Orleans Street and W. Florence Street between Garnett Road and Olive Avenue in Broken Arrow, OK. Construction time will be 120 calendar days.
The project was advertised on June 6th and June 13th, 2024. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting was held virtually on June 20th, 2024. There were two (2) bids received on June 27th, 2024. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. The lowest responsible base bid was TimberWolf Excavating, LLC for a Base Bid of $1,390,325.00. The Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid is $777,248.00.
