Background:
Midwest Concrete has completed the construction for the Goodwill Donation Center. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements is the following: (1) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $10,000.00.
