Background:

For the 79th Street (Midway Road) and Houston Street Intersection, it was determined that multiple Wagoner County Rural Water District #4 water lines are in close proximity to the proposed new roadway footprint. One of the lines is a 30” raw water line that feeds the Oneta Power Plant. To gather more detailed depth information on these lines and ensure adverse impacts to these lines are avoided, Subsurface Utility Engineering Level A services are being added into the design contract.
