Background:
PT15-103 is the Conditional Final Plat for Phase One of, Riverstone Estates (previously called, “Puma Property” and “Double Eagle”). This property contains 37.28 acres, 103 lots and is located one-third mile east of Olive Avenue, south of Tucson Street.
The property is presently zoned A-1. However, on March 18, 2014, the City Council approved BAZ 1911 to change the zoning on this property from A-1 to RS-3 subject to the property being platted.
This Conditional Final Plat was reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on March 8, 2016. The Planning Commission, in their meeting of March 10, 2016, reviewed and recommended approval (2-1 vote) of this plat, as recommended by the TAC and Staff, subject to the attached checklist. There were no protestants.
