End
Background:
Upon request of the current property owner, the City of Broken Arrow is proposing to annex approximately 38.73 acres located at North of Houston Avenue, between Midway Road and South 273rd East Avenue.

Currently this 38.73 acre tract of land is undeveloped and zoned RS (Residential-Single Family) in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. The proposal is keep the property zoned as RS (Residential-Single Family) and to to develop single family and residential homes.

The Legal Notice of Annexation was previously approved by the City Council at its regular meeting of January 16, 2018. The Legal Notice of Annexation was published as required by 11 O.S. ?21-103B(1) and included the legal description and a map of the area to be annexed at the time of publication.

The attached Legal Notice of Annexation approved by the City Council in their meeting of January 16, 2018, and was mailed in accordance with the provisions of Title 11, Section 21-103. This Legal Notice of Annexation advised all affected property owners within 300 feet of the annexation. Further, publication was accomplished in accordance with the provisions of this statute in advance of the Public Hearing.
