Approval of and authorization to execute a Second Amendment to the Use/Lease Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, L.P., successor in interest to Sprint Spectrum, L.P.

Background:
Notice was received from Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, L.P. of their request to amend the terms of their use/lease agreement for a tower located on the East Tower on Tiger Hill located at 593 East Kenosha Street, Broken Arrow, OK.
The purpose of this modification is to allow Sprint to add three (3) additional radios and three (3) additional antennas to this tower.
The City has negotiated an increase to the existing lease in the amount of $225.00 commencing 30 days after the start of construction of the modification.
