Background:

The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of a sanitary sewer easement on property located south of West Florence Street (111th Street) and east of South Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue). The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.

Staff have reviewed the request and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
