Background:

Throughout the 2015 calendar year, Reserve Officer Paul Gerner has demonstrated true commitment to the citizens of Broken Arrow, the City of Broken Arrow and the Broken Arrow Police Department.  Officer Gerner donated 465 hours of his time for various city events to include:  Patrol Operations, City Parades, Special Events, and assisting with Camp Bandage.  Officer Gerner attended over 60 Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA) training sessions and all the CPA Alumni meetings.  Officer Gerner has also provided security at the Broken Arrow City Council meetings on numerous occasions.
