Background:
As part of the ST2027 9th Street widening project, a new 12” waterline will be constructed replacing an existing waterline. This agreement grants the right for the City to construct, maintain and operate the 12” waterline encased in a 24” steel pipe, including any required appurtenances across UPRR property, track, or other facilities in return for a one-time license fee of $9,800.00 paid to UPRR. The City agrees that the pipeline will only be used for conveying water for the life of the Agreement.
Cost: $9,800.00
