Background:

The applicant/owner Vintage Housing, Inc. submitted an application requesting the acceptance of an offsite Utility Easement (UE) for the purpose of providing utility access to Kenosha Villas (PUD 191B) from the existing development Kenosha Landing PUD 191. The offsite UE is located south of the north boundary of the Kenosha Landing Plat #6349, within the 17.5’ Utility Easement and the 40’ landscape edge.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
