Approval of and authorization to renew the City’s subscription to SolarWinds Orion Network Manager HCO through Presidio, pursuant to the Oklahoma State Purchasing Contract

Background:
SolarWinds is the City’s current network management platform for monitoring all network, security, and server installations across the city.
This is the annual renewal for the Orion platform subscription.
Presidio is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
Cost: $19,254.15
