Background:
The City of Broken Arrow has traditionally approached road widening by going from 2 lanes to 3 lanes, and 3 lanes to 5 lanes as funding has become available. As our community has grown, our traffic counts have grown significantly. City Staff is working on a Transportation Program to target our funding on more specific projects that are geared towards maximizing our ability to safely and quickly transport vehicles within our City.
