Background:
The Purchasing Division prepared Bid #26.151 for Janitorial Services for City-owned Buildings as outlined in the bid proposal. The bid opportunity was advertised in the Tulsa World and on the City of Broken Arrow website. A total of eight (8) responsive bids were opened on May 21, 2026. Bidding was extremely competitive with less than a one percent (1%) difference between the three lowest bidders.
City Staff recommends awarding the contract to HHM Facility Management LLC for several reasons; their bid is one of the three lowest, they are currently providing strong customer service for the City of Broken Arrow, and the lack of disruption to services during a lengthy transition saves internal labor and expenses.
Cost: $228,084.90
