Background:

On July 14, 2025, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-002200-2025 to rezone 23.18 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-4 (Single-Family Residential) for Lynn Corner. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Washington Street (91st Street) and 9th Street (177th E Avenue/Lynn Lane). The property is currently unplatted; however, the property owner dedicated right-of-way along both arterial street frontages to the City of Broken Arrow on January 14, 2025. The development will include residential uses.
