The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Melissa Kay and William Clyde Bogle, Parcel 16.0 consists of 0.0165 acres of Utility Easements in the Northwest Quarter Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Melinda Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Parcel 16.0, (Project No. S.23030).
