Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow by Juan A. Ramirez and Daniela Jeronimo, the owners. Parcel 3.0 consists of 0.03 acres of permanent utility easement, Parcels 3.A and 3.B consist of 0.02 and 0.03 acres, respectively, of temporary construction easement for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Juan A. Ramirez and Daniela Jeronimo have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Utility Easement Parcel 3.0: 1,094 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.45/SF x 50% = $793.15
Temporary Construction Easement Parcel 3.A: 1,035 SF x $1.45 x 10% = $150.08
Temporary Construction Easement Parcel 3.B: 1,447 SF x $1.45 x 10% = $209.82
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,153
