Background:
The Maintenance Services Department recommends approval of the second renewal agreement with AYE-YAH LLC, doing business as Squeegee Squad, for window cleaning services. The renewal will cover the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, in accordance with the annual renewal provisions of the original agreement awarded under Bid No. 24.165.
The City of Broken Arrow, through the Maintenance Services Department, originally solicited proposals to provide consistent and reliable window cleaning services for City facilities. To promote transparency and encourage competitive participation, Request for Proposal No. 24.165 was advertised in the Tulsa World and posted on the City of Broken Arrow website.
Following an evaluation of the proposals received, AYE-YAH LLC, doing business as Squeegee Squad, was determined to have submitted the most advantageous proposal for the City. The original agreement provides annual renewal options, subject to approval by the Governing Body. The proposed renewal will continue services under the terms and pricing stated in the proposal.
