Background:
The National League of Cities requires each member city to designate a voting delegate and an alternate to vote on business matters before its annual congress. Historically, Council has appointed the Mayor, Vice Mayor or City Manager to the delegate position. This year’s meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2015, in Nashville, Tennessee.
