Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, the owner. Parcel 2.0 consists of 0.90 acres and Temporary Construction Easements consisting of 0.61 acres for the Wagoner County Trunk Line Phase I Rehabilitation, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
