Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of the reappointment of Ricky Jones to the City of Broken Arrow Planning Commission for a three-year term to expire May 5, 2021

Background:
Planning Commission members are appointed to serve three-year terms. The term of Planning Commissioner Ricky Jones will expire on May 5, 2018. Mr. Jones has expressed his willingness to continue to serve on the Commission for another term. Ricky Jones was first appointed to the Planning Commission on May 19, 2003 and will be completing his fifth term (15 years).
Mayor Craig Thurmond has recommended Mr. Jones be reappointed for a three-year term pursuant to Ordinance No. 3445.
