Approval of and authorization to execute the Tyler Technologies quote for ExecuTime Advanced Scheduling

End

Background:

The City already utilizes ExecuTime from Tyler Technologies for managing staff time worked, overtime, and time-off requests.  The Police Department has identified a need for more efficient and flexible staff scheduling capabilities to support 24/7 operations and ensure adequate shift coverage. The current scheduling process relies heavily on manual input and lacks integrated tools for managing overtime, shift swaps, and time-off requests. To address these more complicated needs, the IT Department is requesting to move forward with Tyler Technologies to implement Advanced Scheduling, an add-on module for ExecuTime designed to enhance workforce management within the existing Tyler Munis platform. This solution is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and provide supervisors with real-time visibility into staffing levels.
