Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at the North Rose Business Park located at 1050 North Birch Avenue

Background:
McGuire Brothers Construction, Inc. has completed the construction for the North Rose Business Park project. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are for storm sewer installations.
• Inlet related storm sewer
• Manhole related storm sewer
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City of Broken Arrow.
These improvements have an approximate value of $14,812.00.
