Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1929 (AR-2 to R-2) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 17, 2015, subject to a five foot wide utility easement being dedicated adjacent to 209th East Avenue.  A five-foot wide utility easement was recorded (Book 2223, Page 618) in Wagoner County on June 18, 2015.  The property is located one-half mile north of Dearborn Street, east of 209th East Avenue. 

 

Zoning Change:  AR-2 (Annexed Single-Family Residential) to R-2 (Single-Family Residential

 

Acreage: 0.24 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1929:

Lot 1, Block 9, SUNRISE ESTATES, a subdivision of SW ¼ of NW ¼ of Section 20, Township 19 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3383 and approve the Emergency Clause.
