The temporary right and privilege to access property and occupy the area shown in Exhibit “A”in the attached Temporary Access and Workspace Agreement is being conveyed to Oklahoma Natural Gas Company, a Division of ONEGAS, Inc. (ONG) from the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, the owner, for a rented term not to exceed two months with $1,000.00 to be paid by ONG to the City of Broken Arrow. The property consists of 0.0573 Acres generally located south of New Orleans Street and east of 209th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, Oklahoma.
