Approval of final acceptance for the public improvements for Fairfield Farms II

Background:
Mac Construction completed the construction of Fairfield Farms II. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Sanitary Sewer; (2) Storm Sewer; and (3) Water.
The owner desires to donate these public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $123,612.00. Staff recommends that the Council accept the public improvements.
