Background:
Rezoning case BAZ 1914 (A-1 and CG to ON) was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 2, 2014, subject to the property being platted. The property, located one-quarter mile south of Florence Street, east of Aspen Avenue, has been platted as CORE Church at Aspen Creek. The plat for CORE Church at Aspen Creek, which contains 38.41 acres, was recorded in Tulsa County on November 26, 2014.
Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) and CG (Commercial General) to ON (Office Neighborhood)

All of CORE Church at Aspen Creek, a re-subdivision of Family Church Facilities, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, and part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Thirty Four (34), Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Doc. No. 6573.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3991 and approve the Emergency Clause.
